It’s time to ditch the vague, practically unattainable New Years resolutions and start learning how to make meaningful choices every day that feel good and actually impact the big goals you so desperately want to accomplish.
I’m not going to give you a secret solution or “3 easy steps to getting what you want”.
I AM going to stand next to you as we go through a year long process of self discovery, improvement, frustrating roadblocks, and beautiful ah-has!

I’ve never offered anything like this before. Probably because it’s a lot of work and hard to bare yourself to a group of people for one year. But, I’m doing it. I’m doing it for the people who want more. I’m doing it for myself, because I know I’m not alone.
We want more out of our lives and it’s about damn time we do something about it.
I’m not promising concrete results. That’s up to you.
I know if you do the work every day things start to shift. Life starts to improve on micro levels that will blow your mind.
I will be here, with a group of other people just like US, working to feel, do, and be better.
