Something to think about... Mindful Eating

You can try workouts and diets and crazy supplements, or you can start to explore how your body reacts to certain foods and begin developing mindful habits around the things you choose to eat. 

For me, it's the latter. I care very much about what I put into my body and WHY. If I choose to eat a cookie or drink a glass of wine, I do it mindfully and intentionally. 

Over the last 3 and a half years I've been exploring, experimenting and learning all that I can about real foods, behaviors and habits around food, and ways to strengthen self-awareness. Because of this, I have a deep passion for helping others do the same and have created resources for you to begin too!
