Shrimp Fried "Rice" (WHOLE30)

2 servings

- I bag of frozen cauli rice from Trader Joe's ($1.99) 
- Coconut oil to cook with
- Coconut Aminos (I didn't measure but it was probably about 1/4 cup) $2.99-8.99
- 4 stalks of celery chopped
- A couple of handfuls of kale, chopped small
- Some bacon I had cooked earlier  
- 2 eggs - I just make a hole in the middle and scramble/mix them up with everything else
- Lots of sprinkles of garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons of ground ginger
- A careful sprinkle of cayenne pepper
- a couple twists of ground black pepper
- Shrimp - like...2 handfuls or so. They were pretty big 

Start by heating up the coconut oil, and cooking the cauliflower rice. Next, start to add all of the ingredients and mix frequently. 

This meal took me about 30 minutes total :)
